Hard Rock is not a matter of age but a matter of attitude.

Quality proved hard rock made by DROP Out has been out on German rock stages for a long time.

The band has always seen itself as a live band, regardless the line-up of the day.

Extensive tours throughout rock clubs and pubs all over Germany were very successful. The members of DROP OUT proved very worthwhile playing festivals and supporting famous rock acts.

In the 90s video producer S. Maier became aware of the band‘s live qualities and made his first live clip for MTV with DROP OUT.

More than once DROP OUT has surprised its audiences with interesting guest appearances such as charming football cheerleaders, The Phoenix Dancecrew, dancers and stuntmen from the German theme park "Phantasialand", a children’s choir or guest musicians (perc, keys, sax, harp, viol, or vocals) from USA, GB, T and Germany.

In 2003 the band played live at the official entertainment programme of the famous Tourist Trophy on the Isle of Man, GB. They hit the stage with bands like Paul Carrack (Mike and the Mechanics)(GB) and Wheatus (USA).

In 2005 they had festival appearances with Rage and Symphorce.

In 1999 Drop Out released their first studio CD, which was called "Heavy Nights"

Two years later the band recorded their first live album "aLive"

The band has just released their second studio CD "Rock Bytez", which can be ordered from
